ABOUT ME

Having a passion for writing and weighing in on people's issues since my teens, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and years later received a Master's of Social Work degree from SUNY- Albany. My first job was with the state of New York as an institution teacher for juvenile delinquents and persons in need of supervision. Thereon, I worked for over 35 years for the state from one end to the other with statewide responsibilities.

I am a retiree many times over and have returned to the work world off and on for years. I was a consultant for many not for profits in New York City, allowing me to increase my skills and experience with social issues of the day.  Most recently, I developed my own websites,   authored self-published books, and became computer savvy.  I have two grand daughters with Bachelor degrees in Psychology, looking to move forward. My interest in being a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT allows me to share my talents and skills with work sites in need of extra hands. So, let me be your "work at home," extra hands.
